Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. hd333 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password or providing it to a third party.

Identity Verification

hd333 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.

Eligibility Requirements

All of the following conditions must be met to use hd333:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • You must operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
  • You must not have any mental or physical condition that impairs your ability to make informed betting decisions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
General Policy: hd333 always ensures that the funds deposited and withdrawn belong to the same person — the member themselves. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.

Bonuses & Promotions

hd333 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. The following conditions must be met to enjoy these bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit), making the total balance ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing the bonus amount. This wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

Bonus Abuse

  • Using risk-free betting or counter-betting strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements is strictly prohibited.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
  • hd333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

hd333's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. VIP tier changes depend on your playing history and activity.

Gaming Rules

hd333 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. The following general rules apply to all games:

  • Each game has its own rules and conditions, which can be viewed during gameplay. You should read those rules before starting to play.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, hd333 will consider the results of rounds completed before the error as valid.
  • Winnings incorrectly displayed or paid out due to a system error are not approved, and hd333 reserves the right to correct them.
  • For betting markets, the stake will be refunded if an event is cancelled.
  • In matters requiring situational judgment, hd333 management's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will be considered a serious violation against hd333, and immediate action will be taken:

Technical Manipulation

Attempting to manipulate games by hacking game software, using bots, running scripts, or using any unauthorized software.

Money Laundering

Attempting to legitimize funds from illegal sources through the platform is strictly prohibited. hd333 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Fraudulent Activity

Attempting to claim bonuses using a false identity, stolen payment methods, or any other fraudulent means.

Harassment & Abuse

Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other members or hd333 staff.

Consequences: Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action if deemed necessary.

Privacy & Data Protection
